Create Your Own Demo Site

We're glad you decided to try a demo of Widgy!

Click the "Create" button on the right to make your own demo site to play around with. When you create your site, you have two options:

1. Click the link to go to the homepage. There, you will see what a widgy site can look like on the front end. We've also put some helpful tips there to get you started on editing your demo site.
2. Dive right in, and go straight to the admin center. From there, you can navigate to the "Pages" section, choose a page to edit, and start making changes. Click the "Edit" button for any existing widgets in the page's content, or simply drag new widgets from the right side.

Try creating new pages from scratch to see all of the widgets available to you. (You can visit the "Widgets" page to see what some of these widgets will look like.) If you'd like, you can also clone existing pages, by visiting the page in the admin center, and clicking the "Clone" button in the top right corner. This will prompt you to give the new page a name and a URL, but keep the content exactly the same until you edit it.

When editing the content of a widget on a page, you first have to save changes within the widget, and then you have to click "Save" at the bottom of the page to make all of those changes live.

Don't worry, it will make sense when you start playing around with it.
